We’d experienced a water-damage in our home just a few months earlier and were rather rudely treated by our insurance company and the restoration company the insurance company sent out. We had talked about the industry having room to improve and decided to do something about it.
So this is our “why”. We wanted to provide homeowners with better information about insurance company policies and better service in restoring their homes.
Since then, we have assisted thousands of homeowners who have experienced a water loss of some kind in their home or business. We strive to offer great service and helpful insight. And every once in a while we have been able to go the extra mile to help someone in dire need, who didn’t have the proper coverage and couldn’t afford to pay for the necessary remediation. Those times, even though they only happen every once in a while, are deeply satisfying personally. It’s not all about the money to us. It’s about helping people who really need and deserve to be helped.
